  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are just a middle man operation for ladder companies. Your order will come from somewhere else. I ordered a set of ladders. They then stated that my order had not gone through online and demanded I contact their offices, then stated that they could not fulfil my order as they had none in stock. Which was a lie since they don't stock any ladders I have now found out. So the order had to be cancelled. Thus I had to order from another company. To my surprise, the next day delivery arrived five days late, even after it had been cancelled. Check credit card statement and they have taken payment. Contacted them, first they stated that I would have to return the ladders at my own cost to LYTE ladder company and then rung back stating that they where refusing to pay for collection and refusing to refund any money. After numerous phone calls and emails, and them blaming me for everything, they eventually agreed to refund money with the ladders went back to LYTE. Don't fall into the trap I did and order from the cheapest online. They are cheap for a reason.
